The abstract of this thesis is to draft a business plan for a Chinese-owned general merchandise retailer store in Poland in order for them to grow and develop this company according to their goals and objectives. It will also serve to point out and instruct the layout and process of making a business plan to other business owners so that they can use the template to create their own effective plan too.
