V souvislosti s organizačním uspořádáním jsou v první kapitole zmíněny právní předpisy, které tuto oblast upravují a pozornost je věnována i postavení a působnosti policie. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the description of the organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic. In relation to organizational structure, in the first chapter I refer to the legislation governing this area and attention is paid to the status and authority of the police as well.
