Reporting supporting effective parts purchasing

Abstract:

ČADA, F. Reporting pro podporu úsporného nákupu dílů. Diplomová práce. Brno, 2021. Cílem diplomové práce je realizace řešení pro reporting úsporného nákupu nových dílů. Práce je realizována ve firmě zabývající se vývojem a výrobou vědeckého vybavení. Součástí řešení je i návrh a realizace řešení správy výjimek vstupujících do reportovaných dat. V teoretické části je popsán úvod do reportingu, role při vytváření reportingu a sestavení dashboardu. Poté jsou popsány a srovnány různé reportovací technologie. Kapitola končí podrobným popisem navrhovaných technologií. V praktické části je nejprve vyhotovena analýza stávajícího řešení. Součástí kapitoly je definice požadavků uživatelů a očekávané přínosy řešení. V dalších sekcích kapitoly je popsán návrh a samotná realizace řešení. Projekt je realizován pomocí technologií Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps a Microsoft Reporting Services. ČADA, F. Reporting supporting effective parts purchasing. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2021. The goal of this diploma thesis is the realization of the reporting supporting effective parts purchasing. The thesis is realized in the company making scientific equipment. Part of the solution is the design and realization of the process of handling the reporting exceptions. The theoretical part is focusing on the reporting bases, reporting user roles, and dashboard assembling. The chapter ends with a detailed description of the suggested technologies. In the practical part, there can be found the analysis of the current solution. After the analysis, the users ’needs with expected benefits are described. The next sections of the chapter are aiming on describing the project design and realization itself. Project benefits from technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Reporting Services. The very end of the thesis is dedicated to the comparison of the real and expected benefits of the solution.
