Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípustností sebeobrany států proti nestátním aktérům. Nejdříve nabízí krátký rozbor práva použit sílu v mezinárodních vztazích, následně rozebírá obsah práva na sebeobranu podle článku 51 Charty OSN a obyčejového práva. This thesis deals with the admissibility of self-defense against non-state actors. It first provides a brief analysis of the right to use force in international relations. Then, it analyzes the content of the right of self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter and customary law.
