Abstract:
Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na fyziologii bolesti, typy bolesti, její hodnocení. Dále na ošetřovatelský proces u klienta s bolestí a specifika bolesti ve stáří. Empirická část porovnává numerickou a vizuální analogovou škálu z hlediska srozumitelnosti, výstižnosti a osobních preferencí u všeobecných sester a klientů zdravotnických zařízení. Abstract:
This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the physiology of pain, types of pain and its assessment, as well as the nursing process for clients with pain and characteristic of pain in old age.
