The refugee crisis from the perspective of students of pedagogical disciplines

Anotácia:

Tématem pro bakalářskou práci je uprchlická krize z pohledu studentů pedagogických oborů Pedagogické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity. Cílem práce je popsat, jaké postoje zaujímají studenti pedagogických oborů k uprchlické krizi. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem uprchlické krize z pohledu Evropy a České republiky. Další část je věnována postojům české společnosti k uprchlíkům, médiím jakožto hlavnímu informačnímu zdroji o této problematice a dalším činitelem, který ovlivňuje postoje, což je učitel jako přenositel kulturních hodnot. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativní metodě sběru dat pomocí dotazníku, který je následně analyzován, a postupně jsou interpretovány výsledky. Součástí závěru je také krátká diskuse.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the views of students of Faculty of Education, Masaryk University on the current refugee crisis in Europe. The aim of the thesis is to describe stands and views of these students. The theoretical part deals with development of the refugee crisis in Czech and European context. Next part describes how Czech society sees refugees, media as a major information source about this issue, and another factor that influences their stands, which is a teach as a transamitter of cultural values. The empirical part is based on quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire, which is then analyzed and results are subsequentially interpreted. Part of the conclusion is a brief discussion.
