Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výchovnými opatřeními ukládanými mladistvým. Cílem práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé typy výchovných opatření, a následně analyzovat současnou právní úpravu, teoretické poznatky a praktickou realizaci týkající se výchovného opatření probačního programu a navrhnout v rámci tohoto opatření změny v právní úpravě a praktické realizaci. This thesis deals with educational measures imposed on young offenders. The aim is to characterize different types of educational measures and after that analyze current legal framework, theoretical knowledge and practical implementation of the educational measure probation programme and propose changes in legislation and practical implementation.
