Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spotřebitelské úvěry jiné než na bydlení. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu úvěr, dále jeho funkcemi a právním rámcem. Navazující kapitola pojednává o základech trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů, jeho struktuře a subjektech. The bachelor thesis is focused on consumer credit other than for housing purposes. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the term credit, its functions and legal framework. The following chapter deals with the basics of the consumer credit market, its structure and subjects.
