Terms of employment contracy

Abstract:

In this bachelor work we deal with the terms of an employment contract in the current legal modification in the Slovak Republic. The task of the work, according to the legal modification, is to analyse the terms of an employment contract and divide them into substantial, regular and others. The work consists of five chapters where the terms of an employment contract are analysed. In the first chapter we pursue the contract as a legal transaction, with the help of literature. The second chapter is aimed at the contract, its basic notions, characteristics and its origin. The third chapter describes the formation of employment, its basic elements and we also analyse different kinds of employment from different points of view. The fourth chapter deals with substantial and regular parts of an employment contract. Then in this chapter we aim our attention to definitions of the terms of an employment contract, changes in the content of the contract and the responsibilities of employers. The final chapter deals with the labour inspectorate.

Abstract:

V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme náležitosťami pracovnej zmluvy na súčasnú právnu úpravu v Slovenskej republike. Cieľom práce v zmysle právnej úpravy je rozanalyzovať náležitosti pracovnej zmluvy na podstatné, pravidelné a ďalšie. Práca sa skladá z piatych kapitol, v ktorých sú rozobraté dané náležitosti pracovnej zmluvy. V prvej kapitole za pomoci odbornej literatúre sa zaoberáme o zmluve ako právnom úkone. V druhej kapitole sa venujeme pracovnej zmluve, základným pojmom, charakteristike a jej vzniku. V tretej kapitole sa venujeme vzniku pracovnému pomeru, základným prvkom a tiež si rozoberieme druhy pracovných pomerov z rôznych hľadísk. Štvrtá kapitola sa zaoberá podstatným a pravidelným náležitostiam pracovnej zmluvy. Ďalej sa v kapitole venujeme pozornosť definíciám pojmov náležitostí pracovnej zmluvy, zmenám obsahových náležitostí pracovnej zmluvy a povinnostiam zamestnávateľov. Záverečná kapitola je venovaná inšpektorátu práce.
