Abstract:

Abstrakt Tématem mé bakalářské práce je snaha poukázat na důležitost zásob v účetní jednotce, protože právě zásoby tvoří nemalou část aktiv společnosti. Účetní jednotka by se měla zaměřit na to, jak správně se svými zásobami hospodařit. Chybným odhadem výše zásob (nesprávnou optimalizací zásob) se může firma ocitnout ve velmi nepříjemné finanční situaci, protože zásoby budou vázat příliš mnoho finančních prostředků a důsledkem toho se budou stále zvyšovat náklady na jejich skladování. Přitom na druhé straně je potřeba zajistit takovou výši zásob, která neohrozí plynulý chod společnosti (např. produkci ve výrobní společnosti). Firma by se měla snažit docílit co největších úspor a snížit náklady spojené se zásobami na co nejnižší možnou hranici z důvodu velké konkurence, kdy cena zboží a služeb v dnešní tržní ekonomice hraje klíčovou roli. Výsledný produkt musí být konkurenceschopný, aby obstál na trhu. Proto je velmi důležité sledovat ceny konkurence a jejich případné inovace. Tyto faktory mohou nemalou částí přispět ke zvýšení poptávky po zboží nebo službách a snížit náklady společnosti s nimi spojené. Cílem této práce je analyzovat v modelové společnosti optimální výši zásob, porovnat kritéria obchodního oddělení firmy při výběru svých dodavatelů, porovnat výhodnost uplatnění mezi zásobami nakupovanými a vlastní výroby, prozkoumání daňových operací a daňových dopadů, tedy jaký způsob účtování by firma měla zvolit, aby to bylo pro ni co nejvíce přínosné a na základě toho navrhnout závěr pro efektivní řízení zásob.

Abstract:

Abstract The aim of my bachelor’s thesis was to highlight the importance of inventories in the entity. Since inventory forms a considerable part of the assets, the company should focus on how to properly manage their inventory. By an incorrect estimate of the amount of inventories (incorrect optimization of inventories, the company may find themselves in a very unpleasant financial situation because it will bind too many funds and will continue to increase the cost of holding stocks. Yet on the other hand, it is necessary to ensure a level of inventories that does not harm the smooth running of the company (continuous production in the manufacturing company). The company should strive to achieve the greatest savings and reduce costs associated with supplies at the lowest possible level since today the competition is great and the price of goods and services in today’s market economy plays a big role. A product (a service) must be competitive in order to be able to compete in the market. Therefore, it is very important to observe the prices of competitors and their potential innovation. These factors may contribute significantly to an increase in demand for goods and services and reduce associated costs to society. The aim of this work is to analyse optimal inventory levels in the model company, compare the criteria of the business department in terms of selection of their suppliers, analyse and compare the advantages of the application between purchased inventories and inventories of own production, investigate tax operations and tax impacts, i.e. what method of accounting a firm should choose so that it was the most beneficial for it and based on that draw conclusions for effective inventory management.
