Práce se zabývá lidským placentárním růstovým faktorem (PlGF) a rozpustnou tyrozin kinázou-1 podobnou fms (sFlt-1) v souvislosti s jejich využitím při diagnostice preeklampsie. Byla provedena literární rešerše poznatků o preeklampsii včetně klinických a laboratorních znaků objevujících se při tomto onemocnění. Abstract:
This work deals with the human placental growth factor (PlGF) and soluble tyrosine kinase-1 similar to FMS (sFlt-1), whose determination may be used in the diagnosis of preeclampsia. A literature search of knowledge about preeclampsia was conducted, including clinical and laboratory signs that emerge in connection with this disease.
