S hlavním cílem zjistit důvody rozvázání pracovních poměrů, identifikovat zaměstnance, kteří mají tendence ze společnosti odcházet, zdali se jedná spíše o muže či ženy, jaké mají vzdělání nebo jaké jsou národnosti. The diploma thesis focuses on the fluctuation issues in selected individual companies.
