Tato diplomomová práce se zaměřuje na ochranu lidských práv cizinců v EU. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmů týkajících se tohoto tématu. Ve druhé kapitole je popsáno právo vstupu a práva a povinnosti, která jsou s ním spojena. Na právo vstupu navazuje v další kapitole právo pobytu, jehož jednotlivé druhy jsou zde detailně popsány. This diploma thesis focuses on the protection of human rights of foreigners in the EU. The first chapter deals with defining terms related to this topic. The second chapter describes the right of entry and the rights and obligations associated with it.
