Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Strategie rozvoje domu dětí a mládeže v Kralupech nad Vltavou, v Neratovicích a na Mělníku. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic Strategy of children leisure centers in Kralupy nad Vltavou, Neratovice and Mělník. The theoretical part begins with the topic Strategy, what phases and aims of strategy management there are, strategy analysis including SWOT analysis.
