Abstract:
Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a historií pivovarnictví ve druhé polovině 19. století a na počátku 20. století. Práce se snaží vykreslit historii tohoto odvětví a výroby piva. Jako příklad nám posloužil Rolnický akciový pivovar se sladovnou v Litovli. Hlavním zdrojem informací o jeho vývoji byly prameny uložené v olomoucké pobočce zemského archivu v Opavě.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis focusses on the development and history of brewing industry in the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The essay attempts to illustrate the history of the industry as well as the history of beer production methods. The shareholder's brewery of Rolnice is used as an example.
