Zabývám se rovněž vývojem evropského práva a jeho základních institucí.

Author: Alena Kučerová Title: Obligatory force of the acts of European law This work deals with problems of the acts of European law, with emphasis on obligatory force enforcement of European law acts. These acts represent the essential mechanism of European law, providing its correct functions. I have also tried to describe the evolution of European law and its elementary institutions.
