Ambicí této práce bude komplexní uchopení uplatnění nároků podle zákona č. 262/2011 Sb. Práce odpoví čtenáři na otázku, co je myšleno nárokem podle tohoto zákona, provede ho problematikou uchopení tzv. třetího odboje a jeho zákonným vymezením. The ambition of this thesis will be comprehensive grasp of claims according to the Act Nr. 262/2011 Coll. Thesis will answer to question what is meant to be claim under this Act, it intorduces the issues of so-called Third Resistance and its legal definition.
