Classification of audio signals using neural networks\nl{}

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá klasifikací výstřelů z ručních zbraní pomocí neuronové sítě. V rámci práce byla vytvořena databáze zvuků, která slouží jako trénovací množina dat pro neuronovou síť. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy klasifikace pomocí neuronové sítě, je zde popsána frekvenční analýza signálu, která byla využita pro extrakci charakteristik. V praktické části je navržena a popsána uživatelská aplikace, dále výsledky úspěšnosti klasifikace ručních zbraní do daných kategorií pomocí různě nastavených parametrů neuronové sítě.

Abstract:

This thesis deals the classification of shots from hand gun using neural network. In this thesis was created databases of sounds, that is used as training data set for neural network. The theoretical part is described the basic principles of classification using neural network, there is described frequency signal analysis, which was used for the extraction characteristics. In the practical part of this work is designed and described the user application, and the results of the success of the classification of hand guns into those categories using different set of parameters of neural network.
