Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Metodika vyšetřování podvodů se zaměřením na osobnostní rysy pachatelky“ se zabývá problematikou trestného činu podvodu se zaměřením na ženy, které ho páchají na mužích či ženách ve svůj prospěch. Tato práce je napsána, proto, aby vyzkoumala důvody a způsoby páchání této trestné činnosti ženami, jelikož ženy jako pachatelky nejsou tak známé jakožto muži pachatelé a není o nich tolik napsáno. Do diplomové práce budou použity odborné zdroje, literatura a data. Veškeré výsledky jsou zaznamenány a popsány v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Fraud investigation methodology with a focus on the personality traits of the perpetrator" deals with the issue of the crime of fraud with a focus on women who commit it on men or women for their own benefit. This thesis is written to examine the reasons and ways of committing this crime by women, as women as perpetrators are not as well known as male perpetrators and not as much has been written about them.
