The importance of child and youth clubs in the field of prevention of social pathology

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá významem nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež v oblasti prevence sociálně patologických jevů, vzhledem k množství dětí a mladistvých, ohrožených sociálně patologickým chováním a sociálním vyloučením. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem diplomové práce je v teoretické části analyzovat a popsat vlivy sociálně patologických jevů na děti a mládež, a charakterizovat prospěšnost nízkoprahových zařízení na základě studia dostupné literatury. Výzkumná část, která navazuje na teoretickou, má za cíl zjistit, jak klienti NZDM vnímají prospěšnost zařízení včetně jeho významu, prostřednictvím kvalitativní strategie.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the importance of low-threshold facilities for children and youth in the area of prevention of socio-pathological phenomena, due to the number of children and adolescents at risk of socio-pathological behaviour and social exclusion. The work is divided into theoretical and research part. The aim of the thesis is in the theoretical part to analyse and describe the effects of socio-pathological phenomena in children and youth, and to characterize the utility of the low-threshold devices on the basis of a study of the available literature. The research part, which builds on the theoretical, aims to find out how the clients of THESE they perceive the utility of the device, including its meaning, through a qualitative strategy.
