The Application of Incoterms Delivery Conditions (Legal and Tax Aspects)
Abstract:
Toto dílo zasazuje Incoterms do systému práva a ostatních nestátních prostředků regulace. Diplomová práce se snaží poukázat na široké souvislosti používání Incoterms, upozorňuje na jejich silné i slabé stránky. Prostor je věnován zejména otázkám, které nejsou upraveny v pravidlech Incoterms.
Abstract:
This paper committed the Incoterms in the law system and while in the system of other non-state resources of regulation. This diploma thesis tries to point out the broad context of the use of Incoterms, pointing out their strengths and weaknesses. The space is mainly devoted to issues not covered in the Incoterms rules.
