Má bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem a významem základních práv v EU. Zaměřila jsem se především na Evropský soudní dvůr, který doplňuje a rozvíjí ochranu základních práv za pomoci tzv. obecných právních zásad Společenství. My bachelor’s thesis discusses the origin and importance of fundamental rights in the EU. I have chiefly focused on the European Court of Justice, which supplemented and developed protection of fundamental rights using the so-called general legal principles of the Community.
