Diplomová práce se zabývá právní závazností obchodních zvyklostí v mezinárodních soukromoprávních vztazích. This thesis is engaged in the legal liability of trade usages in international civil matters. The basic legal regulation is Article 9 of the Vienna Convention, Principles of European Contract Law, UNIDROIT Principles and INCOTERMS.
