Formation of the international contract of sale under the CISG
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Uzavírání kupních smluv v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží" si klade za cíl analyzovat proces kontraktace v režimu Úmluvy a za pomoci judikatury vymezit jednotlivé podmínky nutné pro uzavření platné a realizovatelné smlouvy. Současně klade důraz na problematiku kontraktace pomocí obchodních podmínek a objasnění úpravy tzv. "bitvy forem".

A bachelor's thesis "formation of the international contract of sale under the CISG" aims to analyze the contracting process under the CISG. Describing the necessities required in order to form a valid and realizable contract of sale using selected examples of international trade dispute rulings.
