Předmětem této bakalářské práce je nastínit nynější problém, a to problematiku brownfieldů, jejich vznik, typy a rozdělení. V bakalářské práci bude popsána problematika a následné využití brownfieldů ve vybrané lokalitě, a to v Ostravě.
