The paper aims to examine the illocution functions of the utterances, their degree of politeness and the interpretation of their meanings. Bakalářská práce zkoumá výskyt a užití nepřímých řečových aktů v obchodní korespondenci. Cílem práce je objasnit ilokuční funkce vět a určit jejich míru zdvořilosti. Dalším cílem je zkoumat komunikační funkce vět a vysvětlit, jaký vliv mají na své adresáty.
