Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi a podmínkami využití psychodiagnostických metod při výběru zaměstnanců. The main focus of this batchelor’s thesis is to present the applications and condictions of using psychodiagnostic methods for employee assesment. A treatise on the use of the competency model as one possible way of identifying the new employee requirements, is presented.
