Managerial competences of nurses in in perioperative care management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou získávání manažerského vzdělání sester ve vedoucích pozicích v perioperační péči. Teoretická část definuje management a vymezuje manažera ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Dále je zde uveden management v perioperační péči a jaké je vzdělávání manažerů v perioperační péči. Praktická část zpracovává kvalitativní rozhovory s respondentkami, které jsou na pozici vedoucích sester v perioperační péči. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jak sestry ve vedoucích pozicích získávají manažerské vzdělání pro tuto pozici.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of acquisition of managerial education of nurses in leadership positions in perioperative care. The theoretical part defines the management and the manager in a medical facility. Furthermore, there is listed the management in perioperative care and the manager education in perioperative care. The practical part processes the qualitative interview with nurses in the leadership positions in perioperative care. The main goal of this thesis is to identify how these nurses gained managerial education for this position.
