V této bakalářské práci je ve třech kapitolách rozebrán především vliv práva a morálky na společnost a jednotlivce. Je stručně popsán systém práva v ČR a jakým způsobem nás právo ovlivňuje. Jsou formulovány základní mravní kategorie a rozdílnost působení morální a právní normy. Taktéž je zmíněn konflikt mezi oběma regulačními systémy.
