Aftermarket competition cases
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá proti soutěžním jednáním na trhu s příslušenstvím. V teoretické části nejprve vysvětlím pojem trhu s příslušenstvím a dále popíšu, jakými způsoby může dojít k omezení hospodářské soutěže, omezení plynoucí z proti soutěžního jednání a důvody, proč těmto omezením dochází. V praktické části budou uvedeny konkrétní případy proti soutěžního jednání na trhu s příslušenstvím.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on aftermarket competition cases. The aftermarket term is explained in the theoretical part. The next step is to describe possible ways, how to restrict market competition, restrictions arising from anti-competitive conduct and reasons why these restrictions occur. The specific cases are given in the practical part.
