Tématem této diplomové práce je právo rozhodné pro rozhodčí smlouvu v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení. V první části práce se zabývám vymezením rozhodčího řízení a mezinárodního rozhodčího. Dále se ve své práci zaobírám teoretickými doktrínami rozhodčího řízení. The subject of this thesis is the law governing the arbitration agreement in international arbitration. In the first part I deal with definition of arbitration and international arbitration.
