- obsahem této práce je rozbor pravidel a trendů současné anglické obchodní korespondence - jednotlivé znaky jsou znázorněny na autentických dopisech a e-mailech anglických firem - součástí této práce je také studie anglické obchodní korespondence napsané nerodilými mluvčími a popis nejčastějších chyb, které se v dané korespondenci vyskytly
