Abstract:
Podstatným cílem mé práce je seznámení se základní problematikou ochranné známky. Začátek je věnován historii ochranných známek, významu, právní úpravě, dále pokračuji jednotlivými druhy a typy ochranných známek, uvádím i příklad sporu o ochrannou známku. The main aim of my bachelor project is an introduction with a basics question of the trademark. I chalk out a history of trademarks, their avail and legal regulations, different types and kinds, example of legal dispute about trademark.
