Festival Prototyp - the Issue of the Phenomenon of Contemporary Festival

Abstract:

Anotace bakalářské práce Prototyp - k problematice fenoménu současného festivalu Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza problematiky současných moderních festivalů, které jako své hlavní téma zahrnují více oblastí. Standardem jsou hudební, filmové nebo divadelní festivaly, které mají jasně stanovené téma a divák či návštěvník se jich zúčastní s již jasnou vizí. Festival Prototyp otevírá nové možnosti a dává tak umělcům příležitost ve své tvorbě vyjádřit například sociální situaci spojením různých technologií a uměleckého vyjádření. Z části je cílem představit oblasti, které moderní festivaly zastupují a propojují, jejich vliv na diváka a veřejnost. Práce bude porovnávat linie festivalů s podobnou ideou, na kterých se střetává široká škála nezávislých umělců a uměleckých skupin. Dalším tématem bude komunikace s publikem, místo kde se festivaly uskutečňují, hraje podstatnou roli. Představím jednotlivé odvětví, které festival Prototyp propojuje, fáze realizace, jednání s institucemi, umělci a médii, propagaci akce.

Abstract:

Annotation – Bachelor´s thesis Festival Prototyp - the Issue of the Phenomenon of Contemporary Festival The subject of the thesis is to analyze the problems of the modern festival, which in its program include areas such as modern technology, fashion, visual arts performances, architecture, design. Festival Prototype opens up new possibilities and gives the artists the opportunity to express, for example, the social situation in their work. In part, the aim is to introduce areas that represent modern festivals and connect their impact on the viewer and the public. Work will compare the lines of similar festivals on which meets many independent artists and artistic groups. Another topic will be communication with the audience, the place where festivals are held is also very important. I introduce different topics that festival Prototyp interconnects, their implementation, communication with institutions, artists and the media, and the way how to promote the festival.
