Cílem této diplomové práce je hodnocení a následné zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků v Omega centru sportu a zdraví. Celá diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to assess customer satisfaction in Sport and Health Centre Omega and the further step is to suggest a possible way to increase it. The thesis is divided in two main parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge of sport services, a pricing policy and customer satisfaction.
