Reorganization of service delivery in terms of workload items of officers in the district of Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na reorganizaci doručovací služby z hlediska pracovní zátěže listovních doručovatelů, jaký význam a důležitost má na kvalitu poskytované služby.První část je zaměřena na charakteristiku České pošty, s.p., její význam pro společnost. Dále pak na všeobecný systém doručovací služby. Druhá část analyzuje pracovní zátěž listovních doručovatelů a zaměřuje se na produktivitu práce v rámci doručování listovních zásilek v okrese Ústí nad Labem. Cílem práce je návrh, analýza a vyhodnocení navržených variant reorganizace doručovací služby, a to jak z hlediska efektivnosti, vlivu na poskytované služby, tak i na délku životnosti jednotlivých variant.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on reorganization of delivery service from the point of view of postman´s workload and the importance of the quality of the provided service. The first part is intended on characterizing the Czech post office state enterprise and it´s importance for the society. It´s also intended on the system of delivery service. The second part is analyzing the postmen´s workload and is intended on the post delivery in the area of Ústí nad Labem.The aim of this thesis is to suggest, to analyte and to interpret the given alternatives of the delivery service reorganization from the point of view of the efficiency of the provided services, and also the posible duration of the given alternatives.
