Abstract:

ŠVENK, Adam : An Increase of the Financial Control Efficiency in Budgetary Organizations [Bachelor thesis]. The College of Banking in Prague, foreign university Banská Bystrica. The thesis is more concerned with financial control and increase of its efficiency in budgetary organizations. It focuses on basic concepts characterizing control, financial control, financial control and its position in a company, the position of budgetary organizations and other basic concepts.In the first chapter, we consecrate to the position of control in an economic activity. We characterize what control actually means, what basis it was created on, what types of control we know and what principles they work on. The second chapter deals with the role of financial control in a company, its specific focus, a connection between financial control and financial indicators, profits, profitability and liquidity of a company. It analyzes how financial control of a company debt and the company's activities under the financial control go. The third chapter, the practical chapter, concerns an increase of the financial efficiency control at the primary school in the village Rabčice. We will explain what status a budget organization has got and how the management of the organization should look like. We define the control that is carried out in the public administration and begin to apply it specifically to the primary school in the village Rabčice. We will enumerate the assets and reserves to cover the budgetary organization. On the basis of profit and loss account we analyze ratio indexes of the budgetary organizations. Finally,we complete and define the options for improving financial control at the primary school in the village Rabčice.

ŠVENK, Adam: Zvýšenie efektívnosti finančnej kontroly v rozpočtových organizáciách [Bakalárska práca]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra Financií a Bankovníctva. Vedúci práce: doc. Ing. Peter Gallo, CSc. Rok obhajoby: 2014. Počet strán 53. Bakalárska práca sa bližšie zaoberá finančnou kontrolou a zvýšením jej efektívnosti v rozpočtových organizáciách. Zameriava sa na základné termíny charakterizujúce kontrolu, finančnú kontrolu, postavenie finančnej kontroly v podniku, postavenie rozpočtovej organizácie a iných základných pojmov. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme postaveniu kontroly v ekonomickej činnosti. Charakterizujeme si, čo vlastne kontrola znamená, na akom základe bola vytvorená a aké druhy členenia kontroly poznáme a na akých princípoch fungujú. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá postavením finančnej kontroly v podniku, aké je jej špecifické zameranie, spojenie finančnej kontroly a finančných ukazovateľov, zisku, rentability a likvidity podniku. Ďalej rozoberieme ako prebieha finančná kontrola zadlženosti podniku a aktivít podniku vyplývajúcich pre finančnú kontrolu. Tretia, praktická kapitola sa týka zvýšenia efektívnosti finančnej kontroly v Základnej škole v Rabčiciach. Vysvetlíme si aké postavenie má rozpočtová organizácia a ako by malo vyzerať hospodárenie tejto organizácie. Definujeme si kontrolu, ktorá sa vykonáva v oblasti verejnej správy a konkrétne ju začneme aplikovať na Základnú školu v Rabčiciach. Vymenujeme si majetok a zdroje krytia tejto rozpočtovej organizácie. Na základe výkazu ziskov a strát zanalyzujeme pomerových ukazovateľov v rozpočtovej organizácií. Nakoniec skompletizujeme a vymedzíme možnosti zlepšenia finančnej kontroly v Základnej škole v Rabčiciach.
