Methods of perfomance pay and their application in the enterprise
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nalezení vhodných výkonnostních ukazatelů a jejich měřicích metod pro management a zaměstnance organizační jednotky, která je řízena metodou Balanced Scorecard, s vazbou do odměňovacího modelu. Důvodem pro výběr této oblasti je zlepšit schopnost naplnění vrcholového cíle organizační jednotky a naplnění vize organizace.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with finding appropriate Key Performance Indicators and their measurement methods for management and staff of a business unit, which is controlled by the method of Balanced Scorecard, with link to remuneration model. The reason for selecting this subject is to improve the ability to meet the objectives of business unit, and the vision of the organization.
