Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať využívanie nástrojov motivácie a ich vplyv na zvyšovanie výkonu zamestnancov v dvoch rozličných pobočkách Tatra banky, a.s. , a to na pobočke v Bratislave a v Košiciach.Teoretická časť je venovaná objasneniu významu motivácie, motivačných teórií a výkonu.
