Předmětem této bakalářské práce je, komplexně popsat samotné postavení autora a jeho díla v autorském zákoně a zanalyzovat vybraná soudní rozhodnutí s přihlédnutím k marketingové praxi.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is to comprehensively describe the actual status of the author and his work in the Copyright Act and to analyze selected court decisions with regard to marketing practice.
