Abstract:

Diplomová práce ?Transformace pobytových sociálních služeb a její důsledky pro cílovou skupinu dospělých osob s mentálním postižením? se zabývá dospělými osobami s mentálním postižením v návaznosti na probíhající současný proces transformace pobytových sociálních služeb. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat proces transformace pobytových sociálních služeb pro osoby s mentálním postižením a zjistit, jaké důsledky transformace pro tuto cílovou skupinu jsou popsány v české odborné diskuzi. V této diplomové práci je vymezené mentální postižení a komunikace osob s mentálním postižením. Dále je pozornost věnována lidským právům dospělých osob s mentálním postižením, které pojí sebeobhajování. Diplomová práce popisuje sociální služby v České republice zaměřené na cílovou skupinu osob a v neposlední řadě je věnována velká pozornost samotné transformaci pobytových sociálních služeb pro osoby s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

Thesis ?Transformation of residential social services and its consequences for the target group of adults with mental disabilities? is focusing on adults with mental disabilities in response to the current ongoing process of transformation of residential social services. The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of transformation of residential social services for persons with mental disabilities and to identify the consequences of the transformation for this target group which are reported in the Czech expert discussion. In this thesis is defined mental disability and communication of persons with mental disabilities. Further attention is paid to the human rights of adults with mental disabilities that govern self-advocacy. The thesis describes the social services in the Czech Republic for the target group of people and not least attention is given to the transition itself residential social services for people with mental disabilities.
