Reporting in the reinsurance company

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je zajištění a funkce controllingu a reportingu v zajišťovně. V první kapitole je charakterizováno samotné zajištění a jeho konkrétní typy dle forem a tříd jako je proporční a neproporční zajištění. Druhý segment se orientuje na skupinu Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) a také společnost VIG RE Zajišťovna, a.s. Není opomenut reporting jako součást controllingu, ať už z hlediska finančního nebo manažerského účetnictví. Významnou sekci tvoří čtvrtá část, která se orientuje na funkce planningu a reportingu, a to se zájmem o zařazení profit center. V praktické části zobrazujeme reportování Solvency II. V poslední sekci je práce věnována faktorům pro efektivní reporting.

Abstract:

The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is the provision and function of controlling and reporting in the reinsurance company. The first chapter characterizes the security itself and its specific types according to forms and classes such as proportional and non-proportional security. The second segmentfocuses on the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) and also VIG RE Zajišťovna, a.s. Reporting is not neglected as part of controlling, whether in terms of financial or managerial accounting. An important section consists of the fourth part, which focuses on the functions of planning and reporting, with an interest in the inclusion of profit centers. In the practical part we show Solvency II reporting. In the last section, the work is devoted to factors for effective reporting.
