Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu fragilního chromosomu X, jeho historií, výskytem v moderní populaci a mutací, se zvláštním zaměřením na jeho klinickou a cytologickou diagnostiku. Dále se také zabývá jeho možnou léčbou.
Abstract:
The work deals with the issue of a fragile chromosome X syndrome, its history, occurrence in modern population and mutation, with a special focus on its clinical and cytological diagnostics. It also deals with its possible treatment.
