Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice míry spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti Nielsen Admosphere, v pobočce v Jindřichově Hradci. Pro prosperitu podniku a dosažení výborných výsledků je spokojenost zaměstnanců velmi důležitá.
