Rozvoj manažerů

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem manažerů v organizaci. Cílem práce je zhodnotit skutečný stav rozvojového procesu a porovnat ho s teoretickými poznatky. Na základě získaných informací o organizaci navrhnout případná zlepšení rozvoje jako celkového a pomoci tak přispět k zlepšení pracovního výkonu manažerů, stabilizaci jejich fluktuace či jejich pracovní spokojenosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with manager development in the organization. Aim of this study is to assess the actual state of the development process and compare it with theoretical knowledge. Based on the information about the organization suggest possible improvements of the development as a whole and help contribute to improving manager performance, stabilizing their turnover or their job satisfaction.
