Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá rodinné podnikání s důrazem na nástupnictví, specificky se zaměřuje na analýzu a plánování přechodu vedení v rodinné společnosti POLANSKÝCH s.r.o., jež se specializuje na pekařství a cukrářství. Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout efektivní strategie pro plynulé a úspěšné předání podniku z jedné generace na další, což je klíčové pro zachování kontinuity a prosperitu v rámci rodinného podnikání. V práci jsou kombinovány teoretické poznatky o rodinných podnicích s praktickou analýzou konkrétního podniku, jeho interní dynamiky, tržního prostředí a přípravy budoucích nástupců. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na přípravu nástupců, zahrnující jejich vzdělání a praxi, a na strategické plánování nástupnictví, které obsahuje identifikaci klíčových rolí a osob, rozvojové plány a přípravy na přechod vedení. Výsledky této práce ilustrují, jak může rodinný podnik efektivně čelit výzvám spojeným s nástupnictvím a jaké strategie může implementovat k zajištění své dlouhodobé udržitelnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis examines family business with an emphasis on succession, specifically focusing on the analysis and planning of the leadership transition in the family company POLANSKYCH s.r.o.., which specializes in bakery and confectionery production. The main aim of this work is to propose effective strategies for a smooth and successful handover of the business from one generation to the next, which is key to maintaining continuity and prosperity within family business. The work combines theoretical knowledge about family businesses with a practical analysis of a particular enterprise, its internal dynamics, market environment, and preparation of future successors. Special emphasis is placed on the preparation of successors, including their education and practice, and on strategic planning of succession, which involves the identification of key roles and individuals, development plans, and preparations for the transition of leadership. The results of this thesis illustrate how a family business can effectively face the challenges associated with succession and what strategies it can implement to ensure its long-term sustainability
