Inclusive education in kindergartens in the Děčín region from the perspective of teachers

Abstract:

Autorka se ve své bakalářské práci zabývá tématem inkluzivního vzdělávání z pohledu pedagogů v mateřských školách na Děčínsku. V teoretické části jsou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu, zejména se jedná o vymezení pojmu inkluze a integrace, vývoj inkluze u nás i ve světě, faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost inkluze, zabývá se legislativou a poradenským systémem v České republice, osobností pedagoga v MŠ a asistenta pedagoga v MŠ, v neposlední řadě otázkou, kdo jsou děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit pohled pedagogu mateřských škol na Děčínsku na inkluzi. Dané šetření je realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pedagogy MŠ s následnou analýzou pomocí prvků kódování. Součástí práce jsou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Dosažené výsledky a stanovena doporučení jsou využitelná v praxi speciální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín tzv. pomáhajících profesi.

Abstract:

In her bachelor's thesis, the author deals with inclusive education in kindergartens in the Děčín region as it is seen from the perspective of teachers. The theoretical section of the thesis defines key terms related to the thesis subject. These are inclusion and integration, the development of inclusion both in the Czech Republic and abroad, and the factors affecting inclusion success rate. The theoretical section also explores the legislation and advisory system in the Czech Republic, and the personality of a kindergarten teacher and an assistant teacher. The section also focuses on children with special educational needs. The practical section presents the findings of a survey the thesis author conducted to find out how kindergarten teachers in the Děčín region perceive inclusion. The survey is based on a semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers and a subsequent encoding analysis. The thesis includes specific findings and practical recommendations. The findings and recommendations can be practically used in special pedagogy and other disciplines belonging to so called helping professions.
