Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přírodní polymery a jejich aplikace v různých průmyslových odvětvích. Popsáno je využití přírodních polymerů v oblasti medicíny, zdravotnictví, potravinářském průmyslu a stěžejní část práce je věnována průmyslu kosmetickému. The bachelor thesis focuses on natural polymers and their applications in various industries. It describes the use of natural polymers in the fields of medicine, healthcare, food industry and the main part of the thesis is dedicated to the cosmetic industry.
