Rozvoj vinohradnictví a vinařství v České republice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na historický rozvoj českého vinohradnictví a vinařství po roce 1989 kdy došlo k sociálním a ekonomickým změnám. První část bude věnována raným dějinám vinohradnictví a vinařství na území České Republiky. Další část se zaměří na dopad ekonomické transformace na vinařský průmysl v 90. letech. Dále jsou popsány změny v legislativě před a po vstupu do Evropské Unie. Stěžejní práce je analýza ukazatelů vinohradnictví a vinařství pro které jsem zvolil plochu plodných vinic, konzumaci vína, produkci vína a mezinárodní obchod. Poslední část se věnuje zásahům vinařství do dalších odvětví které mají za cíl rozvoj regionu konkrétně spojení s vinařským cestovním ruchem

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes historical development of Czech viticulture and viniculture after social and economic changes in 1989. The first part of the thesis focuses briefly on the historical development of viticulture and viniculture in the Czech republic from the early stages. Next part focuses on the impact of economic transformation on wine industry in the early 1990s. Further I describe overview over the legislation before and after EU admission. The pivotal part of the thesis is the analysis of the indicators of viticulture and viniculture like area of fertile vineyards, consumption and production of wine and international trade. The thesis is also devoted to possible interventions of winemaking into other sectors with aim of regional development specifically trough wine tourism.
