Proposal of measures to biodiversity promote of locality Dobětice in Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou městské zeleně a její revitalizace z hlediska podpory biodiverzity rostlinných a živočišných druhů. Cílem práce bylo na základě terénního průzkumu navrhnout vhodná opatření pro podporu biologické rozmanitosti rostlinných a živočišných druhů v městské zeleni, konkrétně v městské čtvrti Dobětice v Ústí nad Labem. Na zájmovém území bylo zaznamenáno celkem 8 druhů stromů v počtu 25 kusů a 4 druhy keřů v počtu 222 kusů. Nejhojněji zastoupeným stromem je borovice černá (Pinus nigra) v celkovém počtu 9 kusů. Nejvíce zastoupeným druhem keře je tavolník nízký (Spiraea x bumalda ´Anthony Waterer´) v celkovém počtu 105 kusů. Z důvodu špatného zdravotního stavu byly navrženy 4 stromy a 2 keřová společenstva k pokácení. V rámci zájmového území jsou zastoupena pouze druhově chudá travinná společenstva, chybí zastoupení trvalkových záhonů a prvků pro podporu biologické rozmanitosti rostlin a živočichů. Na základě zjištěných problémů byla navržena konkrétní revitalizační opatření podporující přítomnost, potravní nabídku a hnízdní či úkrytové možnosti rostlinných i živočišných druhů. Konkrétně se jedná o následující opatření: výsadba liliové louky s trvalkovou dosadbou a květinové louky doplněné o motýlí keře, výsadba trvalkových záhonů, vytvoření skalky pro plazy. V rámci podpůrných opatření je navrženo umístění hmyzích hotelů, instalace ptačích krmítek a budek pro ptáky. K liliové a květinové louce bude instalována informační tabule.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of urban greenery and its revitalization from the point of view of supporting the biodiversity of plant and animal species. The aim of the work was to propose suitable measures for the support of the biological diversity of plant and animal species in urban greenery, specifically in the Dobětice district in Ústí nad Labem, based on a field survey. A total of 8 types of trees in the number of 25 pieces and 4 types of bushes in the number of 222 pieces were found as part of the tree species inventory. The most abundant tree is the black pine (Pinus nigra), with a total of 9 trees. The most represented type of shrub is the low spirea (Spiraea x bumalda 'Anthony Waterer') in a total number of 105 pieces. Due to poor health, 4 trees and 2 shrub communities were proposed to be felled. Within the territory of interest, only species-poor grass communities are represented, there is no representation of perennial beds and elements to support the biological diversity of plants and animals. Based on the identified problems, specific revitalization measures were proposed to support the presence, food supply and nesting or sheltering possibilities of plant and animal species. Specifically, the following measures are involved: planting a lily meadow with perennials and a flower meadow supplemented with butterfly bushes, creating a rock garden for reptiles. As part of the support measures, the placement of insect hotels, the installation of bird feeders and birdhouses is proposed. An information board will be installed near the lily and flower meadow
